Our Fulfillment Associate position starts at $17.00/hour (much higher than the industry standard) plus we don't require ANY previous experience in metals and hardware. Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop product knowledge of material in the department
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting each guest and responding to customer inquiries
• Locate and pull material as indicated on pick lists
• Transport metal materials from receiving bays to inventory bins or racks
• Stage material for job operations
• Chop saw, band saw, and torch material to customer specifications
• Prepare orders for transport including banding, shrink wrap, skids, etc.

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task, be attentive, and flexible
• Strong understanding of measuring devices such as calipers, tape measures, and scales
• Ability to lift 50lbs on a regular basis and up to 75lbs occasionally
• Ability to interact with guests and team members in a friendly and professional manner
• Forklift experience is preferred, though not required

Salary: $17.00-$18.00/hour
